Wow, I haven’t had time to do this in a while. Probably couple of years… I don’t even know anymore how to start telling a story. It’s not that I wasn’t baking and making sweets and deserts… It’s just: I didn’t have time to do all of this. I didn’t have time to prepare everything, to make some photos, to edit them a bit, to make a photo story, to publish a post… It does take a lot of time and honestly, this dessert is already a History, long gone in depths of our divine souls.
What’s left of it: just a sweet memory (and this post).
In these awkward times, when most of us are at home, we do have time to appreciate things more, especially things as desserts, chocolate and any kinds of sweet snacks. I managed to find this ricotta cheese chocolate mousse (with a splash of sea salt and a bit of espresso coffee) recipe online and it’s super easy to make it.
I must say, final result was amazing and very tasty and delicious.
