I was planning to show you these photos a month and a half ago, but I’ve had lots of things to do and finish so I am showing you them right now. Actually it’s never too late to show people some nice pictures and write an interesting story along.

This photo story is going to be about aviation, engineering and design. I guess, as I am an Architect these things do touch my soul. I was amazed with these designs and with greatness of engineering when I first saw the exhibition. 

For the first time in my life I’ve visited Belgrade’s one and only Museum of Aviation. I’ve always wanted to go there but I guess there was always “something else”. Just to let you know for better understanding, this museum is not spectacular, but it has lots of history shown and I’ve never visited such museum abroad so for now, it’s good for me. After this, I think I will change that, because feeling of seeing something so strong and powerful yet nice and well designed is fantastic. 

About the building. You have to understand one thing, this is a building built when Yugoslavia existed, when the country was rich and had lots of things to show. Now, after many years, Yugoslavia doesn’t exist anymore, this building unfortunately is very old, slowly falling apart, but is collecting memories from the past and inside are shown some of the masterpieces of old times when the country was more developed and off course what was saved after many wars.
